  2. Check PSE's official outage map, to see if PSE already knows about a problem near you and when it expects power back.
  3. Report it to PSE:
  4. Unplug sensitive electronics, keep the fridge and freezer closed, and run a generator outdoors only, far from doors and windows.
  5. Report it on our PSE page too, so people near you can see it is not just them.

Can I get a credit or reimbursement for a PSE power outage?

PSE says customers may be eligible for a $50 credit if their power is out for longer than 24 hours, barring a major storm or other event, and a $50 credit if power is out for 120 consecutive hours or longer. For both, conditions apply and the customer must either report the outage to PSE or request the credit within seven calendar days following restoration. Source

When will it be fixed?

Only PSE knows. For outages it knows about, PSE's outage map and app usually show an estimated restoration time, which can change as crews find the cause, and during big storms estimates can take hours to appear. Our live PSE page shows whether people near you are still reporting the outage.

Tell others it is not just them

A report on our page does not reach PSE, but it shows other people nearby what is happening. Reports are anonymous.
