Can I get a credit or reimbursement for a PG&E power outage?

PG&E says residential customers who lose power for 48 consecutive hours or more because of a major weather-related event automatically receive a Storm Inconvenience Bill Credit of $25 (48 to 72 hours) up to $100 (120 hours or more), with no application needed.
