- Phone: 1-866-558-2273, TELUS Mobility technical support
- Write down when the outage started and when service came back. You need the times if you ask Telus for a credit.
- Report it on our Telus page too, so people near you can see it is not just them.
Can I get a credit for a Telus outage?
TELUS' Internet Access Service Terms (effective June 1, 2026) say that after a service outage you may be eligible for a credit based on its duration if you contact TELUS customer support within 15 days. Credits are capped at the service fee for the affected service during the outage, are at TELUS' sole discretion, and are not given for outages caused by things like power outages, acts of nature, third-party network failures or planned maintenance. When will it be fixed?
Only Telus knows. If Telus lists the problem on its official outage page, that is where an estimated fix time appears. We cannot see Telus's network: our live page shows whether reports from other customers are still coming in, and a drop in reports usually means service is coming back.
Tell others it is not just them
A report on our page does not reach Telus, but it shows other Telus customers nearby what is happening. Reports are anonymous.
