How to report a Fido outage
To report a Fido outage, call 1-888-481-3436 (Mon-Sat 9am to 7pm ET, Sunday closed), Fido customer service. Check Fido's official outage page at fido.ca first to see if Fido already knows about it.

Can I get a credit for a Fido outage?
We did not find a published outage credit policy on Fido's website (checked 16 October 2026). You can still ask: write down when the outage started and ended, and contact Fido on 1-888-481-3436 once service is back.
After the July 8, 2022 outage on the Rogers network, which Fido uses, Rogers (Fido's owner) said it would proactively credit all customers automatically, and its CEO later said Rogers had extended five days of credit to every Rogers customer.
