Can I get a credit for a Spectrum outage?
Spectrum's Customer Commitment says that if your neighborhood has an outage of Spectrum services lasting more than two hours, its agents will give you credit for that full day. Spectrum says outages eligible for credit exclude power outages, natural disasters and overnight scheduled maintenance. As of a 16 Sep 2026 editor's note, the commitment has not yet been introduced in former Cox markets. Source
When will it be fixed?
Only Spectrum knows. If Spectrum lists the problem on its official outage page, that is where an estimated fix time appears. We cannot see Spectrum's network: our live page shows whether reports from other customers are still coming in, and a drop in reports usually means service is coming back.
Tell others it is not just them
A report on our page does not reach Spectrum, but it shows other Spectrum customers nearby what is happening. Reports are anonymous.
