- Check the status card at the top of this page. If Hyperstack reports a problem, it is on their side: wait, or launch somewhere else.
- If an instance will not start, try another region or another GPU type: "no capacity" errors usually mean that type is sold out, not an outage.
- If you cannot connect over SSH, check the instance is running, the port and IP are right, and your key is the one the instance was created with.
- Check your account balance or billing limit: many GPU clouds stop or refuse instances when credit runs out.
- Save your work to persistent storage or a volume, so a failed or preempted instance does not lose it.
- Look at the reports on this page: if other people report the same problem with Hyperstack at the same time, it is not just you.
