What to do if Zapier is not working

  1. Check the status card at the top of this page. If Zapier reports an incident, the problem is on their side and you can only wait.
  2. Reload the page or restart the app, and sign out and back in if it says you are logged out.
  3. If a task or agent run is stuck, stop it and start it again: long runs often fail when the service is under heavy load.
  4. Check your plan and usage: many AI apps pause or slow down when you reach a usage limit or credits run out, which looks like an outage.
  5. Turn off VPNs and ad blockers for a moment, and try another browser or network.
  6. If it is down for a while, switch to a similar tool (see the alternatives below) and come back to Zapier later.
