- Check the status card at the top of this page. If Factory reports an incident, the problem is on their side and you can only wait.
- Reload the page or restart the app, and sign out and back in if it says you are logged out.
- If a task or agent run is stuck, stop it and start it again: long runs often fail when the service is under heavy load.
- Check your plan and usage: many AI apps pause or slow down when you reach a usage limit or credits run out, which looks like an outage.
- Turn off VPNs and ad blockers for a moment, and try another browser or network.
- If it is down for a while, switch to a similar tool (see the alternatives below) and come back to Factory later.
